Steve Wood

Principal Member, President

Steve Wood has been an HVAC Manufactures Representative in Central/South Texas for the last 15+ years and has 25+ years in the HVAC business. The specific territories he covers are Austin, San Antonio, Waco/Temple, Coastal Bend region, and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. He helped establish the newly formed rep agency Southwestern HVAC Sales in 2011. Before becoming a rep he worked for a very large HVAC contractor in Austin, TX. He learned the business from the bottom up getting many advancements and promotions along the way. At the same time he earned an Applied Associates Degree in HVAC Technologies. He has been involved in ACCA, RSES, and other trade organizations as a technical trainer for many years. Steve has been married for over 25 years and has 3 children. His passions outside of work include hunting, fishing, and being outside enjoying nature with his family.

Randy Burg

Principal Member, Sales Manager

Randy Burg is a principal member of Southwestern HVAC Sales, L.L.C. He was born and raised in the Houston area. Randy's HVAC training started when he was 10 years old when he started working with his father's (John Burg) HVAC business. Most of Randy's summers growing up were spent learning the ins and outs of the HVAC business. In 1991, Randy started doing HVAC/R installations for both residential and commercial applications. He then was promoted to outside sales and also designed both residential and commercial jobs. Other duties including selling service agreements, scheduled service and installation jobs, purchased material and equipment. In 1999, Randy started working as in inside salesman for manufactures' representative company. He then moved into outside sales the next year calling on wholesale distributors, plan and spec reps, residential, commercial, and industrial contractors, mechanical engineers, architects, builders, and city inspectors.

Warren Finney

Principal Member, Technical Advisor, Engineering Consultant

Warren Finney began his career in the HVAC/R industry in 1983 by helping a family friend that was a mechanical contractor based in Amarillo, Texas. They provided contracting services in industrial/commercial HVAC, and refrigeration. After 5 years in the field Warren moved deeper into the field of HVAC products and management. Warren has experience in warehouse management, inventory control, counter sales, branch manager, and as a marketing manager over multiple wholesale branches for a nationwide wholesaler of HVAC products. In 1999 Warren made a shift to the HVAC manufacturer's representative segment of the HVAC industry. Warren's responsibilities have included support for wholesale and engineered product distributors, as well as calling on mechanical engineers, mechanical contractors, and end users alike. Warren has been an ASHRAE member since 2001, and active in industry associations such as ACCA, and RSES. Warren has been married for 25 years and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors riding off-road, hunting, fishing, boating, working on classic cars, and traveling with his wife. Warren and his wife have four children, and three grand-children.

Lonny LeBlanc

Lonny LeBlanc has over 25 years in the HVAC/R industry. He started in the wholesale business at age 19. Upon his return from Operation Desert Storm, he has held various sales and management roles in the wholesale business. He also spent multiple years working for mechanical contractors in various positions. Lonny resides in South Louisiana with his wife. Leslie has two sons. In his spare time, Lonny enjoys golf, playing the piano, and traveling with his wife.

Bart Gendt

Bart was born and raised just north of Columbus, Ohio and began his career working in the warehouse of a large family owned Wholesaler. After several months he was promoted to Counter Sales, and from there outside sales and eventually Regional Sales Manager. Bart left on good terms to pursue an open position with Lennox Industries as Parts & Supplies Manager, and after 8 years was transferred to Lennox Corp. in Richardson, TX to become Product Manager of Parts & Supplies for Lennox North America. After leaving Lennox, Bart was the South Region Sales Manager for DiversiTech Corp. for 8+ years. Bart lives in Frisco, TX and is happily married with 2 grown sons. He enjoys spoiling his granddaughter, golfing and traveling to new places.

Wade graduated high school in 1989. He soon realized his passion was golf and pursued his career as a golf professional, and assistant director of golf at many golf courses in various locations around the country. He decided on a career change and joined family members in the HVAC business. He has been in HVAC distribution for recent years. His passion outside of work is recreational golf and is a huge sports fan.

Parker is a Houston Native and a Graduate of Sam Houston State University with a focus on Finance. He has been in the customer service industry for 17+ years helping facilitate needs of customers with respect and integrity. He has used his love of training and accomplished people skills to a high degree of success in running multiple restaurants and spearheading a push for customer care in the industrial battery space, before getting his start in HVAC working as a Manufacturer's Rep. in 2020. Josh has been in the HVAC business since 1999 and brings his experience to our team. He has held many titles & responsibilities over the years that range from a Warehouse Associate for a National Distributor to Business Development Account Manager of Strategic Accounts for a large Regional Distributor. These various roles have allowed him to work with and alongside a diverse group of professionals from both the HVAC and Residential Homebuilder Industry. Josh believes that success in our industry stems from 2 simple common rules; do whatever it takes to serve the customer to the best of his ability and to always do the right thing. He exudes a high level of passion towards helping others and is a firm believer that, "without the customer, we're nothing." Josh was born and raised in the Dallas metroplex and currently resides in North Texas with his beautiful wife Jamie and their "too good to be true" triplet daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his Family, watching his girls participate in their various sports activities and when the North Texas permits, some good old fashioned yard work.
